We do not ship to P.O. Box
All orders are final and are not subject to returns
If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item -you must notify Tai Texture Hair Care, LLC within 5 business days of receipt of your order– for replacement items.
Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the package was received (as long as the items are unused).
If you are returning a package please use an insured and pre-paid method (we recommend UPS or FEDEX).
Include your packing slip (or a note with your invoice number) and your reason for return.
Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
